SENIOR EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIVE INVENTORY CONTROL (KLANG) 5 DAYS WORK 3,500-5,000 Position OverviewTo maintain appropriate supply and stock with the right product quality to meet the customers’ requirement.Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with our suppliers and thereby ensure there is ongoing support from the suppliers and be the contact point to address supply issues. ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the customers’ requirements and priorities and thereby manage the day to day inventory for the respective SKU with the aim of meeting customers’ expectations.Pitching for departments’ support/ response relating to customers’ requirement.Ensure appropriate supplies and stock levels, minimal yet adequate, and right product quality are maintained to meet customer needsManage and plan promotion in accordance to the customer’s promotion mechanism, thereby ensure minimum write-off.Ensure all shipping documents are duly submitted, custom clearance area arranged and port declaration is submitted.Maintain timely and accurate inventory records in inventory management system (including excel spreadsheets or other forms of records, where applicable).Coordinate with suppliers and  internal departments on all quality related issues pertaining to SKUs under his/ her responsibility.Prompt alert of any inventory or shipping related challenges to supervisor and/ or customer for immediate attention or follow up action.Liaise with vendors on complaints on product quality and resolve issues pertaining to rejected/ returns products.Coordinate with internal resources to offer constructive solutions to satisfy the customers and to support their future growthDisseminate product and promotion information to relevant operational teamsLiaise with operational teams to meet customers’ special requestsOther ad-hoc assignment as assignedRequirementsDiploma in Business Management, Logistics or related disciplinesAdditional qualification in Purchasing or Inventory Control an added advantage  2-3 years purchasing, inventory controlExposure to the FMCG industry and in managing supplier performanceGood numerical sense, sensitive to data and analytical skillStrong interpersonal, communication & customer oriented skillsProficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)Independent, self-assured, self starter and willing to take responsibility Benefits5 Days WorkSalary RM3,500.00 – RM 5,000.0013th Month’s PayPerformance BonusPublic HolidaysAnnual LeaveMedical BenefitsCompany TripCompany DinnerQualified and interested candidates are request to contact(phone number)for an immediate interview appointment
