Responsibilities include:
- Support weekly Online Webinar session.
- Monitor membership site and membership FB Community.
- engage with potential customers and building relationships with existing members.
- Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
Skills and attributes required:
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
- Having the ability to provide best customer service to assist members.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of online marketing
- The ability to meet performance targets within budget.
At Least 2 years of experience in Customer Relation experience Home based during MCO and you will be relocated to an office environment in Malaysia.
