JOB RESPONSIBILITY• To maintain and update all inventory’s records and to ensure the records always are correct.• To verify and inspect all incoming materials to conform with purchase order. • To manage and keep all materials organized with proper labelling all times. • To identify and develop any inventory processes, flows and etc for improvements in term of    efficiency and productivity. • To reconcile inventory records periodical. • To ensure all documents are filed properly and in orderly manner. • To perform any other duties or tasks in relation with this job.  REQUIREMENTS • Minimum Diploma or Equivalent• At least 1 year working experience in related field. • Good communication skills and well versed in English. • Dynamic personality with pleasant and tidy appearance.• Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills. • Able to adapt and work well in faced pace environment. • Proficient at computer, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).  Qualified and interested candidates are requested to contact(phone number)for an immediate interview appointment
